Air Force Airman Ariel A. Robinson has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX.

Robinson graduated from Hillgrove High School in 2009.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline, studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills, according to an Air Force press release.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate's degree in applied sciences through the Community College of the Air Force.

Robinson is the daughter of Albert Robinson, who lives on Fallen Leaf Drive in Marietta, and Kimberly Frazier of Riverdale, Ga.
