Richard "Dick" Thomas Huber Sr., 79, of Powder Springs died Sunday, May 20, 2012.

The family will receive visitors tonight from 5 to 8 p.m. at Bellamy Funeral Home in Powder Springs. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Rev Susan Ash and Dr. Jim Howell will be officiating. Interment will follow at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Huber retired from U.S. Fish and Wildlife. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Powder Springs. Mr. Huber loved gardening, fishing and his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Steed Huber of Powder Springs; daughter, Cindy (Todd) Phillips of Charleston, SC; son, Richard Huber Jr. of Tampa, FL; stepsons, Tommy (Bennea) Steed of Dallas and Richard (Leigh) Steed of Powder Springs; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and nieces and nephews.
