Georgia Faye Elrod, 81 of Powder Springs, died Thursday June 7,  2012. 

Funeral services were today at Bellamy Funeral Home. Interment followed at Paulding Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include one son, Bill Elrod of Powder Springs; one sister, Betty Jean Whitley of Bradenton, FL; five grandchildren, Carolyn Carmichael, Susan Elrod, Rebecca Elrod, Chris Norment and Emily Poole; three great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Norment, Jackson Norment and Noah Poole.

She is preceded in death by daughter Rhonda Norment.
