Grateful Dead Rockers Coming to Area
Though the band has been broken up since 1995, bassist Phil Lesh and guitarist Bob Weir are still going strong.

1. Spring Pilgrams Manor Cummunity Yard Sale
Where/When: Highway 5 South 4.8 miles south of Interstate 20, Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

2. Spring Break at Six Flags
Where/When: 275 Riverside Parkway Southwest in Austell; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Why Go: There will be live concerts, including Secondhand Serenade and Parachute, other entertainment, rides and more.
From April 4 to 8, season pass holders will have an opportunity to ride select roller coasters one hour before the park opens. Early riding time starts at 9:30 a.m. and ends when the park opens at 10:30 a.m.

3. April Fool's Day at the Powder Springs Library
Where/When: 4181 Atlanta Street, starting at 4 p.m.

Where/When: Fabulous Fox Theatre at 660 Peachtree Street Northeast, Sunday at 7 p.m.
Why Go: Though the Grateful Dead has been broken up since Jerry Garcia's death in 1995, original members Phil Lesh, a bassist, and guitarist Bob Weir are still going strong.
