John Moreland Dies at 50

John Barry Moreland, a 50-year-old Powder Springs man, passed away.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home, with Rev. William Sigman officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the service time.
He was born March 21, 1961 in Atlanta and was preceded in death by his father, T. J. Locklear, and mother, Dorithea Munger. Moreland worked in the construction business for many years.
Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law, Steven and Lauren Marques of Dallas, and Wesley Ayers of Dallas; brothers and sister-in-law, Kurt and Beth Mutter of Clanton, AL, and Jonathan Wells of Atlanta; sisters, Tina Moreland of Powder Springs, Robin Bartlett of Dallas, and Kelly Mutter of Atlanta; grandchildren, Alexander Baldonado and Chayton Marques; numerous nieces, nephews and cousin.
