Donald Willis Still, 61, was charged with following too close and driving under the influence late Monday after being pulled over at Kennesaw Due West and Stilesboro roads.
The Powder Springs resident, who lives on Mars Hill Road, made his $1,300 bond early this morning, jail records show.
