Officer Alter Named Employee of Month

The member of the Powder Springs police force is productive, a team player and excels in training new officers, the department's Facebook page says.

Officer Tinene Alter was named the Powder Springs Police Department's March Employee of the Month.

Powder Springs police Officer Tinene Alter was named the department's Employee of the Month for March.

"Officer Alter continues to lead the department from a productivity standpoint," the Powder Springs police Facebook page says. "She also is a team player, having recently filled in on other shifts when a sudden manpower issue occurred. She is currently working as a field training officer, and does a great job of training our new police officers. Great work Officer Alter!"
