Police: Atlanta Woman Was Drunk, Disorderly
The following arrest information was supplied by the Cobb County Sheriff's Office and does not indicate a conviction.
Kimberly Devaughn Smith, 43, was arrested early Tuesday by Powder Springs police in the 1400 block of Paddocks Court on charges of public drunk, disorderly conduct and board for other agency.
The Atlanta resident bailed out the same day, jail records show.
