Powder Springs police visited Compton Elementary School during Friday's Career Day to teach the students about a job in public safety.

"PSPD had a great time hanging out with the kids of Compton Elementary this past Friday," the department's Facebook page says. "It was Career Day and we appreciate the opportunity to come and share with some great kids what it means to be a police officer."
