Im sorry but some of this is getting way out of hand dont you think? Then what, ban farters? People with body odor? Dogs and cats? And we all fear the bad bird above?
Or, maybe all the cars that got the stuck ups there?
How many times have you seen a car set and wait for a parking space as close as possible to where they plan to walk and exercise? But cant walk from down the street....lol

Interesting points, Rick. Does anyone else have qualms with the smoking ban?

I don't smoke but we can't ban smoking everywhere for those who choose to light up. Most smokers are courteous of those who don't smoke when they are around us, but we can't just take away every posible place for them to light up when they wish. They come to watch their kids play soccer, baseball and softball at the parks just like everyone else, they are outside, the smoke usually drifts away from everyone, let them smoke if they want. I think banning smoking everywhere is getting out of hand.
