Powder Springs Arrests: DUI, Cruelty to Children

The Cobb County Sheriff's Office reported this single booking at the county jail of Powder Springs residents on Tuesday.

Kenneth Scott Thrasher (born 1968) was arrested Tuesday by Cobb police at his residence in the 5600 block of Fawn Drive on charges of battery, DUI, willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and three counts of cruelty to children less than 18 years old who are present, hears the act, or commits a forcible felony or battery. Mark Christopher Crowder (born 1963) was arrested Tuesday by Powder Springs police at his residence in the 3600 block of Ten Oaks Circle on a battery charge. He remained at the Cobb jail Wednesday on a $11,220 bond.
Johnny Ricardo Mera (born 1976) was arrested by the Cobb Sheriff's Office Tuesday on a charge of probation violation. He remained at the Cobb jail Wednesday without bond.
