Powder Springs Arrests: Immigration Hold

The Cobb County Sheriff's Office reported the following bookings at the county jail of Powder Springs residents on Friday and Saturday.

Noe Franquez Aguirre, 36, was arrested by Austell police Saturday for a hold for other agency charge, drug law violation, and an immigration detainer. He remained at the Cobb jail Sunday on a $5,000 bond. Cobb County Sheriff's Office

David William Ingram, 48, was arrested at his residence in the 2300 block of Brand Road Friday on charges of obstruction of an officer and failure to appear. He remained at the Cobb jail Sunday on a $2,500 bond.
Michael Stephens, 51, was arrested on Clay Road Friday on a charge of driving on a revoked/suspended license. He made his $1,000 Saturday.
Matthew Vincent Duckworth, 26, was booked into the Cobb jail Friday after being arrested in the 1900 block of Hidden Glen Drive on two charges of failure to appear. He remained there Sunday on a $365 bond.
