Powder Springs Arrests: Sodomy, Child Molestation

The Cobb County Sheriff's Office reported these bookings at the county jail of Powder Springs residents on Friday and Saturday.

Michael Dwayne Kibler (born 1973) was arrested at the Cobb County Tax Assessor's Office on Whitlock Avenue by Cobb police on charges of two counts of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of aggravated child molestation, and sodomy/aggravated sodomy. He remained at the Cobb jail Sunday without bond. Cobb County Sheriff's Office

Bobby Peoples (born 1974) was arrested Saturday by the Cobb Sheriff's Office in the 1800 block of County Services Parkway on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children—causes excessive physical or mental pain. He made his $4,070 bond the same day.
Phillip Darrale Snell (born 1978) was arrested by the Cobb Sheriff's Office at the Acworth jail Saturday on charges of safety belt requirements for someone under 5 years old, false statements or writings, conceal facts or fraudulent documents in matters of government, and giving false name, address or birthday to a law enforcement officer. He remained at the Cobb jail Sunday on holds for Hiram police and the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
James Leroy Carson (born 1992) was arrested Saturday on McCollumn Parkway by Cobb police on a charge of furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcoholic beverages by persons below the legal age. He made his $670 bond the same day.
Terry Wayne Sykes (born 1956) was arrested Friday by Powder Springs police at the Powder Springs Police Department on charges of ran red light and new resident has 30 days to obtain license. He made his $212 bond Saturday.
Derrick Lynn Dorsey (born 1975) was arrested Friday by Cobb police in Powder Springs on charges of possession of hydrocodone, drugs not in the original container, license: moped operators need license, and tail lights required. He remained at the Cobb jail Sunday without bond.
Priscilla Lenora Wiley (born 1980) was arrested Friday at the jail visitation center by the Cobb Sheriff's Office on a charge of disrupting a public school. She made her $1,320 bond Sunday.
