Alondrae Semaj Lloyd (born 1992) was arrested Sunday by Cobb police in the 2000 block of Old Concord Road on a charge of willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer. He made his $1,870 bond the same day. Cobb County Sheriff's Office

Carl William Reed (born 1985) was arrested Sunday by Cobb police in the 400 block of Shenandoah Trail on charges of giving false name, address or birthdate to a law enforcement officer, willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and loitering or prowling.
