Kevin Charles Gross (born 1988) was arrested Saturday at his residence in the 4200 block of New Towne Drive by the Cobb Sheriff's Office on charges of battery against pregnant female and obstructing or hindering persons making emergency telephone call. Hurley Allen Spinks Jr. (born 1969) was arrested Saturday on Old Highway 41 by Cobb police on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, following too close, and no proof of insurance. He made his $1,980 bond Sunday. Credit Cobb County Sheriff's Office
