Powder Springs Arrests: Terroristic Threats, Cruelty to Children

The Cobb County Sheriff's Office reported these bookings at the county jail of Powder Springs residents on Wednesday.

James Leroy Smith (born 1993) was arrested Wednesday at his residence in the 300 block of Collegiate Drive by Cobb police on one county of terroristic threats, four counts of cruelty to children, three counts of disorderly conduct, and one count of simple battery. Scott Benjamin Stanford (born 1993) was arrested Wednesday on Hurt Road by Cobb police on charges of failure to maintain lane and marijuana possession less than an ounce. He made his $1,060 bond Thursday.
