Powder Springs Court Moves to Community Development
The temporary switch comes as the building is being renovated.
Renovations to Powder Springs’ Municipal Court building have moved court proceedings to the Community Development building.
The court building—which also housed the police force until they moved into the renovated Ace Hardware store on Sailors Parkway—is on Pineview Drive behind the Town Square. The Community Development building is also on Pineview Drive but is actually on the square.
Court office hours have changed to 8 a.m. to noon, and 1 to 5 p.m. There are no office hours during court days, and online payments can be made until noon on your court date.
