Submit Questions for Obama, Romney's Next Presidential Debate

If you have something you want to ask the candidates, write it in the comments below and it could be part of the Oct. 16 Town Hall Presidential Debate.

If last Wednesday’s presidential debate left you with more questions than answers, here’s your chance for the presidential candidates to address the issues that most matter to you.

The next presidential debate will be a town hall meeting format at Hofstra University in Long Island, where voters will ask President Obama and Mitt Romney about domestic and foreign policy.

Patch is asking you, our readers, to participate by submitting questions for the candidates.

All you have to do is post your question in the comments section below and we’ll send it to the Commission on Presidential Debates. The commission is partnering with Patch's parent company Aol, along with Google and Yahoo, to take questions from Web users across the country.

Don’t wait until Nov. 6 to have a say in this year’s election. Share your thoughts in the comments!

President Obama, how many Democrats voted for the last budget you submitted, and why should one think you will bring down the deficit if your administration cannot get a budget passed?

Keep in mind folks..things like healthcare...must be paid for. Those of us with insurance are now seeing the huge increase in our rates. We donor have enough doctors. In Great Britain they do almost no knee replacement or hip replacement surgery. In Canada sometimes you must wait months for cancer surgery...ask those who come to FL..... It as not as it seems. The IRS will add thousands of new employees and eventually a government board will tell you what you get...and when.
People please do not be so trusting....

Why not get rid of the old and antiquated electoral college, When people were less educated and informed.. and just go with the popular vote now that people are able to make their own informed decisions?

If the Eltoral College goes one or tow states will control the election....Ca....NY..IL...and that is about it....we still need it. In fact states would be better if senators worked for each state...instead of elected..17th amendment.....states were supposed to be represented...

question for President Obama: Why as President did you not rebuke false negative ads coming from your party for framing Mitt Romney as a felon, a murderer, a liar and not taking sides with Ann Romney when she been under vicious attack? All other past Presidents took sides with rebukes when need be, the right thing to do. Where is the civility?
