Teen Receives Resisting Arrest Charge
Steven McGarrett Ward, 19, was taken into custody late Monday by Powder Springs police at the intersection of Forrest Hill Road and Glennbrook Drive.
Powder Springs police took 19-year-old Steven McGarrett Ward into custody shortly before midnight Monday for resisting arrest and other charges.
The Powder Springs resident, who has tattoos saying "Life is a gamble," "I'm my best friend" and "I'm my worst enemy," was arrested at the intersection of Forrest Hill Road and Glennbrook Drive, jail records show.
