Cobb County needs an elections prep center manager:

• Company type: Cobb County Elections & Registration
• Location: Elections Preparation Center in Kennesaw
• Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college; supplemented by five years of progressively knowledgeable experience in public elections operations, including lead worker and supervisory experience; additional supervisory experience in the field may substitute for a portion of the educational requirement; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience; must be a U.S. citizen and never have been convicted of a felony or of any crime involving fraud or moral turpitude
• Preferred qualifications: Previous elections experience in Georgia that demonstrates knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of administration of county elections and registration functions; previous supervisory experience that demonstrates knowledge of personnel management, federal labor laws, and human resources practices, procedures, and programs; previous administrative experience that demonstrates significant ability to utilize personal computers, standard office equipment, and standard software applications
• Pay: Full time with extensive overtime during elections, $46,508.80 to $74,256.00 a year
