Powder Springs Arrests: DUIs, Other Traffic Violations

The Cobb County Sheriff's Office reported the following bookings at the county jail of Powder Springs residents on Friday and Saturday.

Carl Joseph Frinzi, 22, was arrested Saturday on Barrett Lakes Boulevard on charges of DUI and improper lane change. He made his $1,300 bond the same day. Cobb County Sheriff's Office

Lloyd Lawrence Lucas, 27, was arrested Friday at the Gwinnett County Jail on a charge of violation of probation. He remained at the Cobb jail Sunday on a $1,500 bond. Credit Cobb County Sheriff's Office
Jasmonae Allante Rountree, 21, was arrested Friday at County Services Parkway and Powder Springs Road on charges of following too close and driving on a revoked or suspended license. She made her $1,300 bond the same day. Credit Cobb County Sheriff's Office
Phillip Kennard Williams, 45, was arrested Friday at New Macland Road and Macland Road on charges of DUI and speeding. He made his $1,300 the same day. Credit Cobb County Sheriff's Office
Miguel Angel Navarra, 21, was arrested Friday at Barrett Parkway and Busbee Parkway for failure to appear. He made his $1,000 bond the same day. Credit Cobb County Sheriff's Office
Latoya Mary Brooks, 31, was arrested at her residence in the 3300 block of Springville Road shortly before midnight Friday on a headlight charge and driving on a revoked or suspended license. She made her $1,300 bond Friday. Credit Cobb County Sheriff's Office
