Quaint little coffee and beignet/pastry cafe with free wifi. Spruce up exterior decor and add some big name clothing and houseware chains. I believe if the area has a face lift, the promise of businesses coming in and staying in business is possible. There is nothing in Powder Springs for kids/teens to do - add bowling or game arcade.
