OMG! It's gotta be a STARBUCKS!. It would be right on my way to work. I coulc probably support the national economy if a STARBUCKS was there. STARBUCKS corporate headquarters are you listening to me? Please.... I don't want to drive 20 minutes out of my way anymore.

Given its proximity to the Silver Comet, some kind of sit-down restaurant with reasonably healthy options might work well in that space. Set up a couple of big bike racks in the parking lot and you might just have a winner!
