No one gave any suggestions for the last Fill in the Blank, but that doesn't mean you can't be the first.

Once this strip on Powder Springs Road near Barrett Parkway is finished, what should move in?

Is there anything planned for this strip? DO you know who owns this strip or what they are asking for it? Our private school is looking for property and this might work for us,

Hi Heather, I don't know off the top of my head, but I'll see if there is contact info posted outside next time I pass by.

Replacing the trees they bulldozed to put up this half-baked eyesore would be a good start.

Amen! Who ever said "If you build it they will come" obviously didn't take into account today's economy. Give us back the trees!

I would like a bakery. My friend's niece opened up a fried pie shop in Texas and is doing great. Something like that would be nice too. If I had the money I would open one. Of course I would have to learn how to cook first!

First of all, I pass this unfinished development everyday and I've had enough of it. I propose that it be used to house a bus transit station or terminal for powder springs. Kinda like a park and ride lot. It could possibly revitalise bus usage along powder springs rd and provide a connection to the Powder Springs GRTA express service. I'd also like to see some shops like dollar tree or Big lots. Also being that it's a pretty built up area and there's a Walmart nearby some kind of mixed use buildings like, GNC, optical center, maybe a bank or a weightwatchers or Jenny craig center. A major built store like a t mobile, manicure shop. I still like the idea of the buss terminal though. I guess I'm a bit of a transport geek.
