Coffee Shop with drive thru, doesn't have to be a Starbucks. I also love the idea of an Ice Cream Shop, even though Bruster's didn't make it. Too bad it isn't big enough for a Chickfila!

Zoe's Kitchen from Alabama is a perfect fit and had quality food. Another option is to make it into a yogurt store because it is more profitable!

how about a nice 25x25 jail for all the local thugs that are making Powder Springs more like Atlanta with all the crime!
