Willie James Jordan (born 1980) was arrested Monday at his residence in the 3100 block of Kipling Drive by Powder Springs police on charges of discharge of firearms on or near a public highway or street, and receipt, possession or transfer of firearm by a convicted felon or felony first offender. Sarah Smith Sistrunk (born 1948) was arrested Monday in court by the Cobb Sheriff's Office on DUI—4th or subsequent conviction within 10-year period. She remained at the Cobb jail Tuesday without bond.
