Cobb Teachers of the Year Honored at Pep Rally

Cobb County held its annual Teacher of the Year Pep Rally this week at the Roswell Street Baptist Church in Marietta. The worship center was filled with energy as students, parents, teachers, principals, and community members showed their support for county’s top teachers.
Each teacher of the year was permitted to invite some current students to attend the event. The students waved signs, banners, and made lots of noise to honor their teachers.

Vaughan Elementary – Melanie Sarris

Yeah! What an honor to be a Teacher of the Year! What an honor to have great teachers in Cobb County especially my favorite school Varner!
