What's happening in downtown Powder Springs? Lily Torte Baking Co.: First off, the secret is out! We are getting cupcakes. The opening date is yet to be announced, but the restaurant at 4469 Marietta St., last know as S2 Seafood Soiree, is being turning into Lily Torte Baking Company.
