Powder Springs Teen wins National Pageant

Alyssa Scruggs, a sophomore at Hillgrove High School, won the title of 2013 Jr Ultimate National Queen with Pure American Pageants.  In 2012, she was crowned the National Young Miss Pure American queen.  After a year of community service projects, she returned to crown her successor and compete against returning queens in her abilities to lead, inspire and achieve.  She was chosen from 14 returning queens from across the country to serve another year.  She will be looking for community service projects in the Powder Springs area.  She can be contacted through Pure American Pageants website - www.pureamericanpageants.com
