WALK-A-WEIGH CLASSES

Team up with others to be physically active together.  Learn how to prepare healthy and delicious food.  Get support to make the changes you want to make.  Walk-A-Weigh is a weight control program developed by University of Georgia Cooperative Extension State Specialists.  This program will help you:  lose weight slowly, improve your physical fitness and stay at a weight that is healthy for  you.  Each session includes a short nutrition presentation, demonstration and a taste test of a low calorie recipe and time to exercise.  The key to your success will be self motivation, a positive attitude and sticking with the program.  PRESENTED BY COBB COUNTY EXTENSION.  The classes will be held each Tuesday March 4-May 6, 2014 at 6:00 PM at the Smyrna Community Center, 200 Village Green Circle, SE, Smyrna, GA .  The cost is $25.00.  To register or for questions, please contact Emily Harper or Cindee Sweda at 770-528-4070.
