Windsong Properties Welcomes New Sales Agent

With accessible floor plans, gorgeous outdoor living spaces and an array of amenities, active adult communities built by Windsong Properties remain in high demand. To keep up with interested buyers, the builder announces it has hired real estate veteran Penny Sherrill. With 17-plus years of experience, she will be the newest sales agent at Bel-Aire in West Cobb.

Sherrill was not always in real estate. After graduating from Emory University and receiving additional credits from Georgia State, she became a registered pediatric respiratory therapist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for 20-plus years. Taking this passion for helping people, Sherrill became a member of the DeKalb County Board of Realtors.

Since then, Sherrill has worked with new home sales, resales, REO homes and short sales. She has been acknowledged as one of the top five Realtors in DeKalb County and was named one of the Top 100 Realtors by Communities Magazine.

Sherrill is excited to work at Bel-Aire because of its new phase. Named Hillside, the phase is now open with new floor plans and three quick move-in homes. Homes include private courtyards, open great rooms, optional finished basements, designer kitchens with granite countertops, large master suites, screened porches (per plan) and Windsong signature accessibility features such as step-less entry, lever handles and more.

Additionally, Bel-Aire offers residents easy living amenities that include a park, sidewalks and a nature trail, professionally maintained landscaping and a clubhouse that is currently under construction.
