Chugging Through the Barrs' Backyard

The couple constructed a miniature railway system at their Powder Springs home.

Ra Barr, a retiree and former Powder Springs city councilman, and his wife Barbara, an area nurse, recently completed a miniature railway system in their home's backyard.

The overall goal, Ra said, is to "emulate a working railroad."
