Zoës Kitchen needs a kitchen leader:
- Requirements: Prior restaurant experience and/or culinary experience, and considerable knowledge of the methods and practices of food preparation and service; ability to effectively train and motivate a diverse kitchen staff; passion for the food and restaurant business; full knowledge of all Zoës recipes and portion sizes; full knowledge of all BOH practices and procedures; knowledge of all applicable restaurant food health and safety laws, rules and regulations; ability to provide helpful, constructive feedback to help others meet job standards;
