Keep Cobb Beautiful Needs Roadway Volunteers

Landscapers and other groups may volunteer to adopt a gateway or right of way and keep the greenery clean and maintained.

Due to budget cuts in the last two years, the efforts of the (DOT) have been restricted to maintaining the safety of roadways in the county, while the surrounding greenery has been left to suffer.

Keep Cobb Beautiful is looking for volunteer organizations that would be willing to adopt gateways and right of ways in the county for the purposes of cleaning and improving the green space around the roads.

As part of the Adopt-A-Gateway Program, landscapers and other volunteer groups would be given one of 11 gateways to Cobb County to showcase their talents and expertise and will improve the scenery of these important entrances to the county.
