Local bands and musicians are invited to sign up to perform at Open Mic Night.
In April of this year, one of the owners' grandchildren was diagnosed with Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes. The family currently is preparing for and raising funds for the JDRF Walk for a Cure in October.
A portion of the proceeds from the sales on Open Mic Night will be donated to this cause. A private fundraising event for this effort also will be held at Powder Springs Coffee on Sept. 25.
