Cobb Galleria Centre Career Expo Thursday
Thirty employers, educational institutions and resource agencies that provide assistance to job seekers.
The Cobb Galleria Centre is set to host a career expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday.
The expo will feature about 30 employers, educational institutions and resource agencies that provide assistance to job seekers. The employers will be hiring or discussing present and future employment opportunities, while other organizations will provide educational and other resources.
Applicants should bring plenty of resumes and be prepared to fill out company applications and interview for available job openings. Folks who are coming are encouraged to dress appropriately to improve their opportunities for employment.

Among those expected to participate in the expo include AFLAC, Art Institute of Atlanta, Atlanta Police Department, Belhaven University, Corinthian Colleges, Cooper Carry, Department of Juvenile Justice, DeVry University, Focus Receivable Management, Georgia College of Construction, Georgia Department of Community Affairs, and the U.S. Aviation Administration.
