Governor To Speak at WCBA Lunch Tuesday

Those wishing to see Nathan Deal speak in Powder Springs but have not pre-registered still have a chance to attend Tuesday's event.

Cobb business representatives and residents still have a chance to hear Georgia’s governor speak at a Powder Springs event Tuesday.

According to the West Cobb Business Association’s website, on-site registration is still available for the group’s monthly luncheon, which is set to feature Gov. Nathan Deal as its keynote speaker. The cost of the event, which will run from 11:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lost Mountain Baptist Church, is $30.

The WCBA had offered a discounted rate for those who preregistered by Saturday and encouraged those hoping to attend to do so, as officials expected the event to sell out.
