Adding to the frustration: I had told the cable service salesman to set the installation up for 1 to 3 p.m. (See the attached photo.) But on two calls to customer service to change my order, both representatives told me the set-up had been set for 9 to 11.
And when I got on the chat this morning to inquire about the absent cable guy, the representative told me the appointment was yesterday.
Maybe I'll report back when this cable company - unnamed to protect the innocent - gets my service installed. But enough about me...
What are your peeves when it comes to businesses such as cable companies, home repair technicians, and others?
