What's happening in downtown Powder Springs?

Lily Torte Baking Co.: First off, the secret is out! We are getting cupcakes. The opening date is yet to be announced, but the restaurant at 4469 Marietta St., last know as S2 Seafood Soiree, is being turning into Lily Torte Baking Company.

This duo of cupcake divas stopped in and let us merchants sample their wares. The pretty packaging told us that they have their act together, and if the cupcakes were as delicious as the packaging was gorgeous, they would be a hit.

Guess what? Yup, you guessed it: They were fabulous! Stay tuned for more updates, but in the meantime, you can keep up with them on Facebook.
