What makes your business unique?
My clients have several benefits when working with my company. The first benefit is that I am able to shop multiple products for them and find the plans that fit their lifestyle and budgets. The second benefit is that they are treated like a member of my family. I do not stop working for them until we have exhausted all options and they are happy with my services.

What was your inspiration to starting your business?
I have enjoyed helping others ever since I was a child. My heart has always been to see others happy and taken care of. I have over 15 years in customer service, so when I discovered insurance, I saw something I could enjoy.

Not many people take insurance protection into consideration until it is too late, but it is my job to them before it is too late. Protection of your health, life, family and assets should be something everyone has, but it is something they really need. I made it my goal to help others have that protection because too many times I have seen the effects a family has when they don’t have it.

What are the advantages of doing business in West Cobb?
West Cobb has always been my home so I couldn’t picture a better place to do business. West Cobb is able to give you that warm southern feel while still offering growth. There is a steady growth in West Cobb and doing business here allows me to be a part of this great growth. We have great schools, community services, and strong businesses. West Cobb is a community that has great benefits for everyone.

In times of a struggling economy, what advice would you give other business men and women to keep their business viable and growing?
The economy is tough, and even though there is more spending today than a year ago, it is still tough on everyone. When doing business in this type of economy, it is important to remember that consumers are willing do to business with those that care about their business.

If you come across to your customers that you only care about their dollar then the customer is less likely to do business or continue business with you. Customers are holding onto their money more and will spend it more with the businesses that actually care about them. Riding out the tough times and keeping your customers in mind will help keep your business going.
