WCBA Holding ‘Biz Ed’ Workshop Thursday

The event, which costs $20 at the door, is open to West Cobb Business Association members and guests.

There’s still time to register for a business finance education workshop being put on Thursday by the West Cobb Business Association.

The ‘Biz Ed’ Workshop will be held from 8 to 11 a.m. at Aspen Signature Steaks at The Avenues of West Cobb, with registration starting at 7:45. The event, which is open to WCBA members and guests, costs $20 at the door and includes a continental breakfast.

Guest speakers and topics include Mark Windham of Windham Business Services, who will present “QuickBooks: How It Is Supposed to Work”; Doug Hornak of Paceline Business Consulting LLC, “Understanding Financial Statements”; and Chris Moreland of Peachtree Planning, “The Three P’s Every Business Needs to Know (Preserve, Protection, Payout).” More details on the speakers can be found here.
