It's Farmers Market Day

Each Thursday, produce and other goods are sold in downtown Powder Springs.

1. Board Passes Cobb School Budget. The Cobb County Board of Education gave final approval to its 2012 budget on Wednesday, for a plan using more than $34 million in one-time funding.

3. Weather. The forecast from the National Weather Service shows a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. High: 92/Low: 65

4. Senior Center Activities. Today,  members will being doing mosaic art and line dancing starting at 10 a.m. Then they are set to have lunch at at 11:30.
