Son of Lawrence Taylor Jailed on Rape, Molestation Charges
Two girls have accused him of sexual misconduct.
The son of NFL Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor has been arrested after two girls accused him of sexual misconduct.
Lawrence Julius Taylor Jr., 31, has been charged with aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation and statutory rape, Maj. Matt Boyd with the Powder Springs Police Department said in a statement.
About 11:45 p.m. Saturday, police learned of an alleged sexual assault that occurred at Taylor's Powder Springs home in the 2800 block of Lost Lakes Way, Boyd said.

One juvenile told authorities that Taylor assaulted her Saturday, Boyd said. Another juvenile said she had "consensual sexual contact" with Taylor in early 2012.

Taylor is at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond.
Taylor introduced his father when he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Aug. 7, 1999. The elder Taylor played 13 seasons with the New York Giants. He is serving six years probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor criminal charges of sexual misconduct and patronizing an underage prostitute, according to the Huffington Post.
