Tornado Watch In Effect Until After Midnight
The National Weather Service says there are possibilities through 2 a.m.
The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch for Cobb, Douglas and several other Georgia counties that, as of about 9 p.m., was scheduled to last until 2 a.m.
The storm that The New York Times says has killed at least 16 people will move across Georgia overnight.
The Weather Service says thunderstorms, hail and dangerous winds are also possible.
