Outdoor weight loss and fitness training

An outdoor fitness class where people who enjoy exercising outdoors and want to challenge themselves. The class works the entire body. It’s an outdoor circuit training class and the exercises vary. It's a go at your own pace so people at any level can participate. Please RSVP if you plan on attending. If your new to the class then please contact us and we will send you the proper forms to fill out before you can participate in the class. If you wish to wait until Saturday morning please show up 15 minutes early no exceptions.
