Community Update

As the previous post mentions this company has the worst customer service. Fireside excels at Customer No Service. They do, in fact, send correspondence in any form without any type of overlay message or cover letter - nothing. They leave up to customer to figure it out. I had received their correspondence myself with no type of explanation or cover letter - nothing. And, I too had to do my own follow up because they failed to respond after making contact with the company. So I can attest to these facts. Their employees are rude and obnoxious. Apparently, this type of corporate culture that Fireside is either complicit in promoting or they simple turn a blind eye and absolve themselves to the actions of their employees and the effect it has on the general public and consequently the company itself.

I would not and will not recommend Fireside to anyone EVER. It is true you get what you pay for. There are other natural gas providers in the metro area; I highly suggestion that you skip this one unless you want be frustrated with customer no service, lack of communication and poor quality of overall service. Terrible, terrible company!
