Time Running Out for Joey and Grace

Help save these two furry friends before it's too late.

Joey

Joey is a very sweet but shy 4-year-old, 45-pound boy who came into the shelter as a stray on June 2. He knows how to sit and stay, and walks nicely on a leash. He will be neutered and microchipped when adopted. Sadly, he has tested positive for heartworms, but with treatment, he will be good as new in no time.

You can find him in run 802 at the Cobb County Animal Shelter, located at 1060 Al Bishop Dr., Marietta. Call 770-499-4136 for more information. Please reference his ID number, 544349, and not his name.

Grace

This sweet 2-year-old, 42-pound girl came into the shelter on June 15 after getting lost. She had babies that were not found. Grace is quiet, well-behaved, and will have her nice figure back soon. She knows how to sit and lay down and is leash trained. She will be spayed, tested for heartworms and microchipped when adopted. She is in run 59 and her ID# is 544894.
