A reception will be held at the Marlow House at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 11.

Louis "Buddy" Rich Jr.: Aug. 9, 1930 - July 6, 2013. A funeral service will be held at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home Macland Chapel in Powder Springs on Wednesday, July 10, at 2 p.m., with a reception following the service.

Ernest Felton Waldrep: June 15, 1926 - July 7, 2013. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. July 10, at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta, with the Rev. Chuck Whitaker officiating. Contributions can be made to New Providence Baptist Church, 3740 Providence Road, Marietta, GA 30062.

Zachariah Werner: Jan. 17, 1974 - July 7, 2013. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at Saint Paul United Methodist Church in Marietta with the Rev. Mark Nugent officiating.

Contributions may be made in Zach’s name to Kennesaw Mountain High School Football Booster Club, P.O. Box 688, Kennesaw, GA 30156.

George "Tripp" Harold McWhirter III: April 28, 1959 - July 6, 2013. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at Calvary Baptist Church in Acworth with Pastor Jim Chidester officiating.

Winsome Apryle Yvonne Nunes: Jan. 16, 1936 - July 7, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, in the chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the service.

Agnes Masbay Otieno: April 10, 1936 - July 5, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, Marietta. Interment will follow at a later date in Kenya.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from noon to 2 p.m.

Steven David Pace: March 15, 1955 - July 6, 2013. Graveside services for the Lithia Springs resident will be held Wednesday, July 10, at 2 p.m. from the Dallas Memory Gardens with the Rev. Vermon Parmer officiating.

The family and all friends will meet at the cemetery for the service at 2 p.m. 

Neil Calvin Paris: July 25, 1922 - July 7, 2013. Funeral services for the resident of Dunedin, Fla., formerly of Bremen, Ga., will be held Friday, July 12, at 10 a.m. from the Benson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Howard Mills and the Rev. Ollie Shadrix officiating.

Interment will follow in the New Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will be receiving friends Thursday, July 11, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Carol Cyganek: The 74-year-old of Hiram passed away peacefully following a courageous battle with lung cancer on June 23, 2013. Our beloved Mutie was born in Chicago and lived in Virginia Beach, VA, Woodbury Heights, NJ, and Mountain Home, AR. She is survived by brother Chuck Keturoskey, son Jim, daughter Pam, daughter-in-law Wendy, and grandson Jimmy. She was preceded in death by mother Katherine, father Charles, husband Jim, and brothers Gene and Philip. Known as Sparkles to her many friends, she loved being a grandma, traveling, Red Hat gatherings, theater, cooking, baking, knitting, pinochle, and bowling. A celebration of her life will be held Wednesday, July 10, at 11 a.m. at the Paulding County Senior Center, 54 Industrial Way North, Dallas, GA 30132.
