Jerry Hughes Sr.: The 61-year-old of Adairsville, formerly of Powder Springs, died July 8, 2013. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 16, at 11 a.m. at Bellamy Chapel Powder Springs with interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

Rodney "Rod" Alan Kiker: Nov. 27, 1966 - July 9, 2013. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday. He will lie-in-state from 1 to 2 p.m. at West Metro Church of Christ in Hiram with the Rev. Ricky Gray officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home & Crematory Macland Chapel in Powder Springs.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in memory of Rodney Kiker.

Myron Lorentz: Jan.21, 1921 - July 9, 2013. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.

Roy Lee Brown: May 12, 1926 - July 11, 2013. A memorial service and interment will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 16, at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.

George "Tripp" Harold McWhirter III: April 28, 1959 - July 6, 2013. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at Calvary Baptist Church in Acworth with Pastor Jim Chidester officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 4361 Westside Drive, Acworth, GA 30101.

Winsome Apryle Yvonne Nunes: Jan. 16, 1936 - July 7, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, in the chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the service.

Agnes Masbay Otieno: April 10, 1936 - July 5, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, Marietta. Interment will follow at a later date in Kenya.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from noon to 2 p.m.

Willie Allen Rachel Sr.: June 15, 1917 - July 11, 2013. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 16, at 11 a.m. from Mt. Olivet Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Cord Franklin Sr. and the Rev. Klenneth Montgomery officiating. He will lie-in-state at the church for one hour prior to the service. The interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. 

Tianna Richie: May 9, 1984 - July 10, 2013. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, July 16, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Brother H. J. Cohran and Chaplain Scotty Davis officiating. The committal service will follow at 2 p.m. from Georgia National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, July 16, from 9 to 11 a.m.

Lillie Mae Watts: Aug. 21, 1927 - July 9, 2013. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 13, at 3 p.m. from Shiloh Baptist Church, with the Rev. Johnny McBurrows officiating. The body will lie-in-state at the church on Saturday, July 13, from 2 p.m. until the service time. Interment will be held in Paulding Memorial Gardens following the service.
