Karen Faulkner Ferguson: The 35-year-old Lithia Springs resident passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 20, at Bellamy Chapel Hiram with the Rev. Matthew Tinkum officiating. The family will receive visitors at 1 p.m. the day of the service at Bellamy Funeral Homes Hiram.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Children’s Hospital.

Emily Gaines Phillips: Sept. 12, 1915 - June 17, 2013. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Interment will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Phillips can be remembered by contributions to the East Cobb United Methodist Church or the Marietta Camp Meeting.
Ronald Coleman Walker: May 2, 1945 - June 16, 2013. Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home Macland Chapel in Powder Springs with the Rev. Tom Gray officiating.
Charles Edward Wright III: Oct. 23, 1958 - June 16, 2013 A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Deacon Bruce Reed officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service.

Edward Peter Burke: Nov. 22, 1929 - June 18, 2013. Arrangements will be announced soon.
Nancy Sue Pritchard Ballew: Oct. 15, 1946 - June 16, 2013. Funeral services the Hiram resident will be held Thursday, June 20, at 2 p.m. from the Benson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jamie Rollins officiating. Interment will follow in the Kennesaw Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Marietta, with Andy Sky, Henry Lanzo, Austin Carter, Jimmy Pritchard, Marvin Pritchard, Jeff Black and Mike Black serving as pallbearers.
The family will be receiving friends Wednesday, June 19, from 3 to 8 p.m.
Robert DeWitt George: July 13, 1931 - June 16, 2013. Funeral services for the Rockmart resident (Paulding County) will be held Wednesday, June 19, at 2 p.m. from the Benson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Clarke and the Rev. Tony Samples officiating. Interment will follow in the Beulahland Baptist Church Cemetery with Jonathan Padgett officiating and Adam George, Blake George, Jonathan Padgett, Brandon George, Brent George, Bryan George, Austin Hunnicutt and Steve Buchanan serving as pallbearers.
Flowers will be accepted. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to WellStar Community Hospice Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain, 475 Dickson Ave., Marietta, GA 30064.
